Nicole Tripodi, CF APMP, helps small business leaders achieve and surpass their expectations for business growth in government contracting. She calls on more than a decade of experience in advising and coaching organizations to develop business development strategies and realistic opportunity pipelines that achieve organizational goals. Nicole provides stakeholders and their teams with critical and actionable insights to support informed decision-making from new opportunity identification through successful submission of winning proposals.
For each client, Nicole implements organization-wide strategic planning activities, develops go-to-market plans, and builds new opportunity pipelines. By focusing on methods for assessing and pursuing the most optimal bid opportunities, Nicole has successfully built and managed multi-million-dollar opportunity pipelines and sustained an 80% win rate across multiple business lines. She has managed proposal efforts valued at $100M in revenue, led the development and submission of two GSA Schedule program contracts, and helped a small government contractor organization win its first contract.
Nicole’s industry network includes mentors and peers from memberships with the Association for Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), The American Small Business Coalition (The ASBC), and a number of industry thought-leaders. She has contributed to the foundational and continuing development of the Ethical Stalking for Government Contractors™ program, is an Associate Instructor for ESGC™ Bootcamps, and is a part of the development and leadership team for GovCon Geek Squad™.
